Several of our services are available via virtual appointments. These include any Free Consultation, Personal Training, Health & Wellness Coaching and our Strong Nation, and Yoga classes. When these services are booked with the “virtual option,” the client receives an appointment confirmation via email with a link for accessing the appointment.
