Senior Fitness Training

Description

In our senior fitness training and small group classes we focus on the skills needed to improve quality of life and prevent injuries. Training consists of fundamental strength training, coordination, balance and agility training, core and posture strengthening, and anything that prepares and fortifies our active agers for an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. We also have our Active OG’s program which is our private group class for age 55+ participants.  

Our trainer will help you determine an appropriate fitness plan and exercise routine to help you achieve your fitness goals!
